About Us

Thomas Son, President of Thomasville Construction, Inc., holds a bachelor of science degree in Architectural Engineering from Seoul National University. Thomas has also obtained the Certificate of Special Construction Management from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1982. He has successfully managed various large scale construction projects totaling $710 million dollars, some of which include the Grand Hyatt in Dubai, U.A.E. (1999 - 2004), the Hyatt Regency in Guam, U.S.A. (1990 - 1993), and the Marriott Residence Inn in Anaheim, California (1987 - 1988).


Thomasville was founded by Thomas Son in 2007. With his bold leadership and over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he now manages a fully functioning construction enterprise with licensing in General Building Contractor (B), General Engineering Contractor (A), Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (C–20), and Plumbing (C–36).


Today, Thomasville is born with a vision. To provide our clients with credible output, quality construction, and timely completion under a safe and conscious work environment.
